Hillary, Kris Ludlum and I just arrived home after an approximate 4000 mile round trip to Louisiana.  We all competed in the Louisiana NALC show.  Hillary and I also competed in the NALC Top 10 Nationals. We had dogs competing in the Top 10 in the Cattle Trials, in Obedience, and in B-Bay.  In the Nationals we also had a dog in the Grand Champion Conformation class and in the Champion of Champion B-Bay class. We had a total of 12 dogs on the way there and 18 dogs on the way home... Potty stops were very involved...lol It was a great trip with many awards and fond memories with good friends.

Tyson: He is now a Champion in Obedience, Conformation, and B-Bay and a Champion of Champion in B-Bay. I am very proud of him…

His awards at this show are as follows:

** 3rd place with his last qualifying Score needed to now be an Obedience Champion (both Tyson and I are happy about this, he hates obedience)

** No placing in the Grand Champion Conformation Class. We will try again next year.
** 3rd place in the Nationals B-Bay
** 1st place in the Champion of Champion B-Bay
** 2nd place one dog B-Bay (Passed Down, he is already a Champion)
** 1st Place two dog B-Bay with Pepper
** High Point Male B-Bay (passed Down, he is already a Champion)
** Tyson did A-Bay for the first time and I was very pleased with his performance.

Pepper:
3rd place with qualifying Score Obedience
             3rd place one dog B-bay
             1st place two dog B-Bay
             Reserve High Point Female B-Bay

Pepper only needs 14 more points to earn her Championship in B-Bay
Pepper had a great run in the Cattle Trials and she competed with her dad, Tyson in A-Bay for the first time.  I was very proud of her.

Badger:   2nd place Conformation 6 to 9 month males

Abigail:   2nd place Conformation, 1 year and older never had a litter

I was very proud of Abigail. She ran twice in the cattle trials on Saturday and it was very hot and humid. She did a great job in both runs.

Jasmine:  1st place Conformation, 1 year and older has had a litter

Jasmine also did a great job in the Cattle trials. She was part of Hillary's cow team
