Braveheart Catahoulas is located in Central California. My name is Bridgitte Knapp and a long with my family we have enjoyed owning and showing Catahoulas for Five years… Annie was our first catahoula and bought for a companion and boy, she has been that. |
| Our dogs are all registered with the National Association of Louisiana Catahoulas (NALC) and I am a NALC certified breeder. All of the dogs work and work hard (although quite spoiled and pampered) and all have been to at least one NALC dog shows … We believe that a good dog must be a hard worker here on the ranch as well as a good companion and then behave themselves at the shows or were ever we take them. I will have to say that my dogs have been very well behaved in public as I have taken them to airports, Petsmart stores, 4-H shows and a little of everything in between. We want our dogs to be friendly with people but protective when needed. |

Our goal is to raise hard working dogs with correct conformation and great personalities with easy training traits so that they can become wonderful companions for whoever purchases them.
We use our dogs mostly for cattle but all have shown a great deal of interest in hogs and have recently done very well at the NALC shows in every category. I hope that you enjoy our site and find what you are looking for… |
